This picture was taken from a real project where TG05 Tide Gauge providing realtime tide height from shore to a mobile phone on the desk (values are manually entered in the PDS2000 acquisition software), AML Base X sound velocity profiler used to get sound velocity through the water column, and Norbit IWBMS (integrated multibeam echosounder, IMU , heading and positioning system) providing real-time high resolution bathymetry data with side scan sonar images. Simultaneous to the multibeam survey vessel a rubber boat equipped with Hemisphere A325 GNSS smart antenna and Ohmex SonarMite BTX OEM with Kordil Bathymetry Studio software utilized to survey shallow parts up to the land/shore line.

Kordil implements Norbit iWBMS multibeam systems for port and harbour surveys where high resolution and %100 coverage of seabed topography required. For ports, harbours and channels, having %100 seabed coverage is essential for navigation safety.

Kordil utilizes singlebeam echosounders to provide low cost surveys for various applications that consists of very shallow water surveys less than 1 meter depth and down to full ocean depth. Kordil Bathymetry Studio software is used and utlized for many kinds of applications including remote controlled (RC) survey boats, rubber boats and any size of vessels.
